Troubleshooting ChecklistTo help us know what's been done so far to solve the issue please check all of the troubleshooting processes you've tried.I cleaned out the media player with canned air.I checked all the connections including power and HDMI.I made sure that for multiple screen works all the pieces are plugged into the router.I tested the media player on another monitor to see if the media player or the monitor was causing the issue.
