If you have an Brightsign LS423 OR LS424 Media Player on the back of your piece, then the media card that plays the video files will be installed behind the dust cover indicated here in the photos below. This tutorial will show you how to remove the old card and insert the new card.

      1. Unplug the AC power cable and the HDMI cable from the back of the Brightsign player (still the purple box).

      2. Remove the plastic dust cover that is located on the opposite side of the player. You will use either a hex wrench or a small Philips screw driver (depending on your player) o remove the dust cover.

      3. Gently push in the card that is currently in the SD card slot. The card should pop out and be released from the slot. Pull the card completely from the slot. If you are replacing an old card please mail it back to the studio.

      4. Insert the new replacement card into the slot. Push the card in gently until the card clicks and only the tip of the card is visible.

      5. Reattach the dust covert to the player.

      6. Plug back in the HDMI cable and the power cable.
